I'm doing 300 on Saturday :) Can you tell I miss CF?
Nice! Your gym doesn't like people doing CrossFit moves...wait til they get a load of you banging out 45lb Floor Wipers AND overhead presses!:)
I joined a "barbell" gym, I'm one of about 7 girls and the only "crossfitt"er but I can do all the stuff I want to and its my own underground oasis!
"300" sounds intriguing, Sam, let me know how it goes on Saturday so I can make an educated decision for Sunday morning's adventure...LOL!!
Dang, I'm still licking my wounds from last weeks massacre, and now this!!! Yikes!
So I'll see all you Phreaks on Saturday morning, not quite ready to come back yet, don't believe I could give it 100%, so I'll just take another day or so to heal-up!!
I'd like to be a fly on the wall Sam so that I could see the muscle heads from your gym's reactions when you're low crawling under their bars!
Should be interesting t say the least, Scott Its usually pretty quiet in there so hopefully I won't be turning too many heads with this 300 nonsense!
