You know it's going to be a great day when, after a Hero Week, you do your very first stretches on a Corps Fitness Saturday and the only words that come to mind are "Good F'in Morning!" What a treat it was indeed to stretch the ole hamstrings!!! No place I'd have rather been!! Love those ole school circle-it-up-and-go routines! Awesome!!
