Wednesday Form: Bottoms up!

Hittin' rock bottom on squats!
(Cleans...elbows up, weight back please)

Also, check out this Clean...Dip, Push, Pull, Float, Catch...but no Curl! Really very nice illustration of what this entire thing (full body, functional movements for real people in the real world) is all about, no matter the exercise. Do not lift weights....ACCELERATE WEIGHTS. Good timing, fluid, powerful, athletic.

Thanks DJ, the legs have been really good on long climbs this year. I owe a lot of it to the training at CF. The other benefits are my balance on the bike has improved and I am able to move the bike around with my legs and do not need to try to muscle-up and over obstacles using my upper body as much. This really lowers the fatigue factor on longer rides...it always surprises me how these basic core movements benefit you in ways you don't quite realize until later.
Thanks MD for posting that, I needed to see I was doing something well, been feeling a bit shakey the last couple of nights, when the physical starts to effect the mental you start to second guess yourself, and I don't like that so much!
