I think we should start a poll predicting how many square inches of skin the "bars" in the gym will have debrided by the end of Hero Week!...5 sq.in.

Major shout out to the whopping 18(!) people who cranked out McGhee this AM!!! I love how the #of participants in Hero Week just keeps growing every time we do it! Great job y'all...
