Do it up right! Honor the Heroes...put your conditioning to the test.

Hero Week: Summer 2010

Hero Week
August 7-12, 2010

CFers, Hero Week is back. Each time we've run a Hero Week, it's gotten a bigger following. Let's make this one no different (except for the 70 degree swing in temp.)! The goals of Hero Week are several: honor these fallen heroes, redefine our perceived limits, practice foundational exercises, and provide an opportunity for CFers to get-together!

Notice that the Hero Workouts will BE the workouts at class during the week. When you attend class, expect the Hero WOD. Minor schedule adjustments:
1) Sunday Special class
2) Tuesday 530A WOD (so the AMers get a chance to do all 6).

So that's it! C'mon out and try all 6! Prizes abound!

Here's the schedule:

Saturday August 7: The 7s
(8am, 9am)

Sunday August 8: Badger
(9am, 4pm)

Monday August 9: McGhee
(530a, 930a, 530p)

Tuesday August 10: Helen
(530a*, 930a, 530p)

Wednesday August 11: Stephen
