Did you know? Use your brain, lose the grain.

Check out these 10 reasons to give up grains.

With the CF Weight Loss Challenge coming up in two weeks, some sort of calorie restriction/reduction will be in order. And of the possible food options -- meat/seafood, veggies, fruit, nuts/berries, grains --Grains looks like the best culprit...drop the grain calories, drop the pounds, and gain the health, nourishment benefits!

Eat less, clean, fresh, natural. Stay light.

Yikes...after reading that Top 10 reasons not to eat grains, you have to wonder why they are on the food pyramid at all...

BTW: If you have not heard ToughMudder is coming back to Bear Creek next year on Saturday and Sunday, April 9th and 10th. They claim " a real nine mile course, with more obstacles, more water, more mud, longer darker tunnels, more walls etc. much tougher than this past May..." ...

Tough Mudder Phools! Amen to the scary grain post! That reads like the back of prescription bottle all the while people eat it by the pound.

Rightee-o. In 1958 Dr. Richard Mackarness (of the Stone Age diet Eat Fat and Grow Slim fame) noted that white flour should be sold with a gov't warning like cigs! Hahahahahahahaha...1958!
