It was a pretty good one. 20 Minute AMRAP is always a gasser. MattD thanks for finding pictures where it looks like I'm doing something!!

Bob, don't feel too bad, I know that feeling, and it happens luckily not too often...How's the hand??? Still swollen??

Not swollen anymore. Still couldn't do any pullups though. It was on the verge of going home mid workout bad.

Bob, I hear you, I've been doing CF 4 or 5 years now and Monday was the first and only time I did not finish a class, beyond the physical, it's also really tough mentally to get past that. I'm still not there 100% mentally, but I figure you got to pick yourself up and just go at it again. We'll see tomorrow at 0800 hours......pray for clean air...!!
