Tuesday Attitude: Chaos!

Hard not to learn something about yourself (and others!) during a few rounds of Chaos.

Roving Plank, Slide/High Knee, Pullovers, Side Step/Dot Drill, Monkey Bars, Bar Touch, B&TSideJump, Ladder, Ball Pike, JJ/Scissor Lunge

Skills Work: 5 for fighting (partners)
5 Box Jump, 5 PushUps, 5 Air Squats (5 minutes)

Since we already have a CAPTAIN AWESOME, how about a CAPTAIN CHAOS??? HAHAHAHA!! I like it!!!

I believe that workout proves that the idea of CHAOS THEORY has merit!!!

Great outfit/costume! I agree with Johnny - we need another Captain....of course that makes DJ Mrs. Captain Chaos : )Great workout last night - sat at the softball game with my legs twitching and my eyes barely open...can't wait for the next one!!
