Ding-Dong...it's Livewrong!

He's back and looking good (JJ...should we hold our next weightloss challenge on a 4 day backpackin' trip in the Grand Canyon?)

Bbar Raise/Pull, Mtn Climber, Tunnel Row
Side Hurdle, Ladder Drills, Wall Ball
Step Ups, Lunge/Twist, Russian Twist
(3 rds: out, in, around)

Skills work:
Tabata Box Jumps & MB Plank Knee Push Up

"Ding-dong it's Livewrong" has a catchy 'ring' to it!! Great class tonight!! I'm all up for a back pack trip CF style!! Imagine the possibilities...

It was good to be back amongst all you Phreaks, thought about you guys while I was away and was grateful to have been put through the paces at CF, I'd say there is no better training for a trip in the backcountry where elevation changes are dramatic as 3500 vertical feet in 4.8 miles and the thermometer tops out at 120 deg F, with a measly 5% relative humidity...low enough to suck the moisture out of your bones...Yikes!! Great trip and great class it was truly good to be back in the saddle!! Note of interest; the backcountry Rangers recommend you take in at least double your normal caloric and H20 daily intake, and that is still not nearly enough not to loose weight, besides the fact that food and water make your pack that much heavier...Great weight loss activity, it will lean you out or kill you...;) but then the Vultures would be happy.....hehehehe...
