Thursday Updates

1) Team IM ABLE (Chris/Gretch) finished 11/16 in the team competition at the Happy Valley Sprint Tri. That's the way to getupandmove!

It was a great race! Team IM ABLE is also participating in the Steelman Triathlon (olympic distance) on August 8th - GO TEAM! :)
