True Pull Snatch, Crabwalk/Sprint, Curl/Press, High Pull, KTE, Ring Row, Band Slide, Snatch, MB Cleans, KB Sit Up (steps in the middle)

Skills (3 or 5 rds depending on time):
Pushups (5 or 10 or 12...pick # of reps you can do with perfect form, no pause)
8 Snatch Balance
20 Swings
