What is the best way to shake the cobwebs from your skull after a lengthy flight home from across the big pond? Get your @ss out of bed and go to class...that is the answer...didn't feel like I was home until after a good Saturday morning beat-down...great class Matt D. nothing like a little sweat, high-heart-rate, and heavy breathing to fetch you around!
