I enjoyed this workout alot- mostly because it will help me avoid getting arrested for holding up the Sunoco on my way home from class last night. (Those mountain climbers on the 112 degree macadam rendered my fingerprints unrecognizable!)

One other note, I need to shout out to Matt D. for organizing a really good circuit and warm-up in extreme temperatures that was challenging, and yet did not put you into cardiac arrest...there were enough "rest stations" and I use that term loosely, not meaning easy, that is; that allowed one to get their air back and then proceed. Nicely done Phoolish....Excellent job there Captain Chaos, you get a cookie!!

Livewrong...yes, it seems weird, but many of those moving stations actually provide a little more reprieve in that heat, a smooth steady HR...without having to worry about the safety of the ballistic, more erratic HR stuff (burpee, swing, etc).
But still, in this type of heat, ya never know what can happen when the heart starts pumping!
