When is a CF warm-up not a warm-up? When it's a cool down and just as, if not more interesting than the warm-up actually was..prime example of sacrificing form for velocity, don't think that anyone truly ever gets away with that, if you believe you're fooling anyone, you are not, except maybe yourself...Interesting workout to say the least, can't say for sure I got my arms around that one yet; other than to say I didn't sweat, more like I leaked like a deepwater oil well......;)
