Was that nuts or what? Asskicker of the year so far...makes me wish it were Dec 31st so we could leave it at that. Frick - 348 more days for someone to dream up another one! (Thanks Melissa - glad there are plenty of us to do the pulling at various times!) p.s. Sam, I would love to hear more about the physiology of recovery that you mentioned on the run!

The design of this workout was a collaboration between MJD, Johnny Livewrong, Weesa, and me. We started with a simple concept, but daunting challenge- a rework of a Corps Fitness Holiday Classic- the Karate Steve masterpiece known as "The 12 days of Christmas". After much consternation we came up with a result that was part Jack Lalanne, part Classic Crossfit, part Corps Fitness Cardio, and part Phoolishness. It looked relatively benign on paper- but it left us all in a purple haze upon completion- well after the 60 minute mark for most of us! For me, it reinforced my belief that CFers are cut from a different cloth. Put in on the calender and people will show up. Present the challenge and we will complete it- most often without complaint, or excuses. Nicely done today folks. Im proud to be part of your team!
