Thursday Updates

a) Friday KB: Kettle-back-to-normal...Painstorm, then KettleHell Obstacle Course...how about a regular old circuit!

b) Join CF’s Adam R. in raising money for testicular and prostate cancer (he battled it 8 years ago). Spread the word about his Movember Team . Grow a mustache (and raise money) to change the face of men’s health!

c) Be sure to vote for November Motivator of the Month. Vote at ammo can at the gym.

d) Nov. 22, Sunday Special, For the Fallen Workout. Keep your calendars clear!

e) Nov. 8, 10-noon, Form Seminar: Please attend and learn, practice, and share. Make your CF workouts more worthwhile. Performing exercises full and proper = change your physique, avoid injury, increase intensity of workout, burn more calories, not be responsible for class running 400s!

f) Anything else?

Matt, Thanks for all the help with the Movember stuff. Thanks to you and several other CFers we our team raised $300 already, but we can do more. Oh also it's just fun to have an excuse to grow a moustache!!

MD,
Kermit can demonstrate DU for the entire duration of the seminar if you like? LOL

I bet Kermit can demonstrate everything for the entire seminar! Definition of awesome...that which inspires awe.

I will def be there - there are a few things I would like to practice and learn about. I want to be sick-ill with this! Anyone with me?

I honestly really wish I could be there...but, Sunday's I'm teaching Sunday school at 9:45. I know my form starts to suck when I get tired! And, I'd love to making gains in actually doing a kipping p/u without the bands!

MC: If nothing else, he'd at least get a workout! Oh, and no more "run a 400"...he can show the new punishment for messing up...ala Matthysse!

I'm in, too...I hope this doesn't turn into preaching to the choir. (no pun)

Matt D: You have been preaching all week about attending this class, don't stop now............

You wearing a nice black coat with a nice white collar reverend?????

I might have a piece of idolatry I can contribute......;)

I would love to be there but this wedding thing, where my brother gets married keeps getting in the way. I'm trying to use this class as an excuse to not go to my parent's house, so you never know. If not try to have fun without me!!

Hey Captain, bring your parents and your brother, the more the merrier......;)

JJ: What are you talking about? You have me confused with someone else? I haven't mentioned a Form Seminar on Nov 8 at 10am where one might pick up pointers to improve results, avoid injury, and increase intensity.

CA: Shucks, we were hopin' you'd demo the Star Jump, ha ha!...PS, please forward a pic of Sheila doing Wall Ball with the bouquet, not ha ha.
