Update to Updates











First, could it be the Warm-Up to End All Warm-Ups?
500' Bear Crawl 50 Pushups; 500' Lunge 50 Air Squats
Then, Lucky 7s
OH Squat, DB Swing, Dips
Pikes, Burpees, Double Unders
(When you see Capt. Awesome doubled over, you know something good is going down!)


Updated Updates:
1) Thursday 5:30AM Class is now canceled, no longer on the schedule.

7-UP....Translation, 7x the intensity, 7x the pain, 7x the agony, and 7x the swearing under my breath......That workout HURT!! Yikes!!!

I would like to thank DanO for that warm-up. I hear he might have had something to do with it. Matt thanks for pointing out that I was gassed! No really in that picture I was just "picking up" the dumb bell for the swings, I wasn't tired at all. Anyone else have tired/sore legs today? Wholly Crap!
