Thank you very much Tanner, Matt and Karate Steve! I found all the info very useful and neatly presented. I was soooo glad I had an opportunity to be observed and corrected; push-ups and pull-ups, here I come! Practicing correct form was key, too!

As I always say, nobody's above the law when it comes to finding ways to improve and make gains....ESP if you're at a plateau. When's the next one?!

To those who didn't come/couldn't make it, I seriously walked away with 6-7 new bits of info about exercises we do ALL the time that I can do much more effectively & efficiently now!

That's good stuff coming from an old-time CFer, and since your form isn't too shabby to begin with.

I found it useful with the big group to be able to put someone in the middle and show either the correct or incorrect biomechanics and point out the cues.

Not to mention Karate showed us 3 Jui Jitsu submission holds to apply to someone who now messes up the circuit (Ming the Merciless)!

I came away with some good kettlebell tips that will help improve my swinging motion. Plus some good examples of what not to do!!

Got to practice double-unders....unfortunately still can't do one....:( Some day!

It's always good to get together with a bunch of CF'er's to learn, to laugh and just have some fun!!

This was a totally worthwhile program. Tanner helped us with clean and press techniques, kipping, etc. Steve and Matt were great on Kettle Bell details- you would not believe how small subtle adjustments to form completely change these exercises.
Thanks to everyone. Looking forward to the next session!

I agree with all of the above. It really was very beneficial. I got a lot of good pointers from Tanner and Matt helped fix a couple kettlebell techniques that I wasn't doing quite right. Thanks for putting it together!
