Wednesday Form: Distending

Today is the biggest travel day of the year. Likely traveling to the most calorie indulgent 4 days of the year!
So what is the form tip...should I keep my head up and chest out while digging in? Drive with the hips when getting up for seconds?
No, no...the form tip of the day: respect the "form" of the little stomach and digestive system. Here's the Livestrong tips for avoiding overeating at T-giving time.

Nice tip but I monitor what I eat every other day of the year. Thanksgiving is a day to stuff yourself to the gills and lapse into a tryptophan-induced coma in front of whatever football game happens to be on. That's why we're doing "Jake" on Friday! Good luck with a spoonful of this and a nibble of that.

I'm taking Matt's que and vow to "transition" from course to course "You want dessert! Bear Crawl to it pledge!" "Jump squat to the stuffing", or whatever.

That's the Thanksgiving Spirit!

Technically, it'd take 12 ROUNDS of JAKE to de-gorge a day of T'giving eating. I'm Thankful for Math. Good luck with that!

12 rounds!!?? Wow, I should have paid someone to cook my turkeys and made it to class this morning. Does the 5 mile run I have planned for 11:00 make up for the class I missed? I'm thankful for ignorance (it's bliss, you know?). Thanks for ruining it Matt! :-)

At an 8min pace, that's about 600 calories...so have another slice of pie!

But JA, check this out....we get the Rower to your house, and you Tabata 20 sec. eat/10 sec. row in front of the TV...huh? I'm thankful for American (and Japanese) know-how!!
