Wish I could, but have the quadathalon in Shilly that same day...I think it might affect some others from CF too...

Tennis Karen here...have a question about the "Phool" workout (I think on 7/30). What is "SDHP" and what can I subsitute for wallball on a playground - no wall and no ball. Didn't know if this was more a squat exercise or not. I'm trying get a workout together for a few women who want to work out : )

Karen.....Matt is away on vacay, although he may be checking in on his computer...afterall, can't truly stay away from Cf, can ya?? however, having not done that workout, I do believe SDHP stands for Sumo Deadlift with a High Pull. I could be wrong though...thought I'd chime in in case Matt doesn't get to :). How are you, by the way??? I posted on the last blog topic you responded too, but maybe you didn't see it. I've been a little lonely some days at CF...a couple of classes I've been to it's been me and a bunch of boys (ewwww, yuck! :) come back soon!!!!
Hey, thanks Melissa!! I think you are right : ) I will be back Monday, 8/16, hopefully to the 5:30am class, but may not make it until later that day. I will definitely be there on Friday that week, though, so hang in there and thanks for representing the female population at CF so deligently, and well!! : ) See you soon...

For Wall Ball you could do a squat jump with something as a weight. We have used a medicine ball in front, squat and then jump and lift overhead. Since you don't have a ball you could use a rock or a log.
