seriously, during the instruction, yes I paid attention, I thought commander meant no rest until the end of one circuit. I am still trying to locate my lungs!

I dreamt last night that I was describing to someone what my lungs felt like during the circuit: like a hot iron...searing heat and intense pressure! I woke up thinking I'd had an epiphany - then in the morning, I was more like, "Wha?" (tho it really did feel awful)
