CF is a haven of intense energy. Not many other places can you be faced with a hellish workout or situation and say, "This is gonna be bad, in fact, this isn't going to be good at all...follow me." And you won't be alone...and mostly, afterward, in good spirits!

This quote (which I love) would have been more appropriate before yesterday's workout, but after is fine also. Was that a workout? I actually forgot where I was midway.
