Are tasty beverages allowed at the Pre-Race dinner????
October 17th is fast approaching, some details would provide a level of enlightment that would be beneficial to those endeavoring to persevere in the Challenge........
Carbs before a race are good. Right??
Is there a Masters Division at the Call to Action?

I'm not an engineer, but perhaps clicking the link titled, "Corps Fitness Call-To-Action Fitness Challenge Click Now for Info" in the upper left frame will answer your questions.
Matt D. aka PHOOLISH....That wasn't there earlier...it just showed up tonight!!
Save your taste buds for tonight. Sam Smith will be joining us!
