Murph

"Despite the intensity of the firefight and suffering grave gunshot wounds himself, Murphy is credited with risking his own life to save the lives of his teammates. Murphy, intent on making contact with headquarters, but realizing this would be impossible in the extreme terrain where they were fighting, unhesitatingly and with complete disregard for his own life moved into the open..."
"This deliberate and heroic act deprived him of cover and made him a target for the enemy... At one point he was shot in the back causing him to drop the transmitter. Murphy picked it back up, completed the call and continued firing at the enemy who was closing in."

1 mile run

200 push ups

530a kicked it off right in honoring Murph...high pullups, full pushups, and deep squats...all at a blistering pace. Really excellent workout and an awesome group to spend the early AM with!
9a & 5:30p...bring it like you never brought'n it before! (if you're not familiar with Murph's story, read up on it for that little extra inspiration).

So Matt, how did our 9:00 group compare to the 5:30 crowd?

Screw your tact and your 1000 points of light, Matt D - or in the words of one of CF's finest, "Whatever."
