Is it the camera angle or is everyone (except G) resting their leg on the other leg???

The more Kaag yelled the worse it got. Classic.

At least we didn't have the hand-cycle and kayak out during the Quick Step, Bear Crawl like some other group(s)...I even witnessed someone with their shoes off counting toes to figure out how many medicine balls and plates were supposed to be accounted for......:)

It was the arrows......

Is it the camera angle of did I see that group doing LeapFrog?

You knew it was going to be a mess when it needed it's own set of instructions, complete with "tab a in slot b , now pick up the ball and run"......"WHERE THE #$!* ARE YOU RUNNING TO?"

Haha Bob - it's the angle, definitely! And after being the first group to get the quick step right, we were all tired. It also helped that I saw Matt D coming to snap the picture...

Nope my leg was definatly resting on the other one. I'll admit to that one. I saw MD taking the picture but it was around the 1:45 mark so I didn't care at that point!

I just want to say what a great job Chris does for all of us at Corps Fitness. I know it's not easy to come up with creative workout variations. His positive energy and gentle encouragement always motivates me to work harder. Plus... he's a GREAT counter (even backwards)!

Good job..."Mr. Scholarship Winner"! BW came in a close second with that ankle/knee gesture!

I must have heard Chris count backwards over 1000 times in the past few years. Not once did he ever screw it up. Truly amazing and motivating.
