150 burpees was sick-ill, I'm continually amazed how many freaks come out to do the Hansen......There is something going on at a level we are completely unaware of!!! That was a tough one, looking forward to Daniel tomorrow; only another 100 pull-ups and some thrusters and some 400 and 800m runs...Let's get it on!!! Bring it PHOOLISH FREAKS!! Way to go everyone!!

Way to go Cintron!! Awesome effort! Hazlett, thanks for keeping the pace! Ready for ripped-up hands after tomorrow. I'd like to do 6:30pm but am easily swayed by what the majority of the evening posse are doing! Beer afterward instead of coffee?

5:30 am.

I posted my time for this workout on the yesterday's post. Touched insulation on every burpee. Nothing like fiberglass when you're breathing heavy. By the way, I have this cough that won't go away??
