Mr. Joshua Tuesday Attitude

SO1 Joshua Thomas Harris, 36, drowned during combat operations, August 30th 2008 in Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Dr. Sam and Evelyn Harris, his brother Ranchor and twin sister Kiki.

9:30 am group was HUGE!! Lots of beginners and a bunch of Pheteran Phreaks....everyone blew that one out, even in a single digit windchill....5-400's.....Yikes! Way to go everyone, even a little cool down in there, 3 rounds of 100 ft lunges, 50 air squats and 25 good mornings.......Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, 4 down, and Kelly coming up on Wednesday, Phreaks Alive!!!
