Obstacle Course Style:
Rd 1: 30 sec each; then 2 min OC Style
Rd 2: 3 min OC Style
Plank Walk, Roving Plank PU, 8Ct., OH Lunge, Squat Jump, Bar Span
BC Box Drill, Crossover Abs, Low Crawl, Burpee, Med Slides, Squat w/FR
