Ok, so I believe I am somewhat of a reasonable person, I admit I have my moments of "stupid" like everyone else, but I try really hard not to do it consistently. "We" all of us are responsible for each other, "we" look out for each other, which is the true Spirit of CF. But every now and then there comes a time when we have to look inside ourselves and take some responsibility for our actions. I don't mind "paying" for a mistake once in awhile, but tonight was one of those times when the punishment we all suffered, was about more than I could stand, and it was avoidable. Pay attention during the EXPLANATION AND DEMONSTRATION PHASE, WATCH, LISTEN AND ASK QUESTIONS!! If you are not sure what to do, watch your neighbor or the group in front of you, so you know what to do when you get there. And if you see someone F'IN UP tell them what to do!! Constant mistakes try the patience of everyone and if I offended anyone tonight I apologize, but sometimes we all just "GOTTA GET OUR SH!T TOGETHER!"

I'm with you JU! Jax and I were working on it but yeah frustrating, especially when stuck on thrusters/mt climbers and BT/Squat Jumps!!

In a case where the wrongdoer is clueless about their wrongness, it's up to someone else to correct them...but sometimes you want to have faith in the people around you so you can put your head down & go. Would love a post devoted to exploring the happy marriage of "no excuses" and "improvise, adapt, overcome." Where do responsibility to self & group come together and where do they part? Not saying I know...I'm just as likely to kindly correct someone as I am to freak out yelling...just throwing it out there.

Yeah I am always a little fuzzy on that too DJ. On one hand I want to focus on what I am doing so I have proper form/max reps, but one of the great parts about CF is working as a group. Never quite sure where to draw the line.

Draw it where Livewrong does...somewhere between the 5th and 7th "30 seconds starts now"...that's usually enough to slap the cooperative team player right out of him!
