Group: Windmills
5/5 B&T/Tuck Jump, Curl/Press
Group: Bar Pass

So, I get into CF a little early, and this guy talks me into doing a little arm training on the KRANK CYCLE, so being the PHOOL that I am, I Krank out this routine with him. Thing is, this same guy doesn't inform that the routine for that nights CF class will include "a lot" of arm and shoulder work.....mmmmm...I again had; "The nice slapped right the F#$% outta me!" LiveWrong....feeling especially PHOOLISH 2DAY!!!

Yeah, Gretchen was my hero last night b/c she cranked out 27 pull-ups (whoooosh!), then did that workout!!!! WTG, GK!
