Thursday Updates

1) Sunday Special CHRISTMAS IN JULY (you can melt like Frosty and JA): Sunday July 18, 9AM. (Original 12 Days of Christmas Workout). 12 Days has many foundational moves and low rep counts...a perfect time to work on form, go without assistance (ie, get yourself off bands for pull ups), or go up a weight in KB/Push Press, etc. C'mon out, one and all!

2) Another Teen Sport Session starts on July 19 (11-12). For full details click here (.pdf).

For those of you who have not yet had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the 12-Days, come on out and experience a classic for yourself. I'm sure it will be one you will not soon forget......

Damn. Every time a 12 days work out is planned I am not around! I think you are doing that on purpose.

Kind of...Several people were concerned that somewhere between Days 6 and 8 you might take your "Find my Rhombus" concept a bit too literally...avert your eyes! :)

There's always December for another Christmas workout.
