Side 1: DL, 8Ct., Leg Raise, WallBall, Rev. Lunge/Raise, Hip Ext.
Side 2: Rev. Leg Ext., T PU, V Twist, SlamBall, Handwalk, StepUp/Press
(carry dumbell; Rd. 1 down the middle, Rd. 2 one minute transitions)

Anyone interested in doing the Weekend Warrior Relay on August 7th? I am doing it with my kids but my wife does not want to do it this year. I need someone to either bike or do the road run leg. Just let me know if you are interested.
