Nothing like circling it up and letting it loose...throw in a little bench work in the middle and you got the makings of a kick-ass workout...just what the Doctor ordered...:) Nice!

Threw in two sets of PBR followed by Hell and Highs and I was good to go! That was a nice prologue to a great workout!
