Pod 1: KB Crunch, KB SitUp
Pod 2: Hearts, Iron Cross
Pod 3: Curl, Hammer Curl
Pod 4: Squat Jump, Squat w/ Front Raise
(2 rds; alternate 3 med ball suicides, 2 med ball suicides between Pods)

New name should be almost suicides cuz they come really close to killing you.

I had a mental issue with the suicides; you see being in such close proximity to folks running with a ball like that was almost more than I could stand. I had to show a lot of restraint. There were so many occasions when I just wanted to lower a shoulder and crack someone. All I kept thinking about was I gotta make it to the endzone. It was uncanny! I had "night visions" about it....So, the next time you are running at me with a ball, and you have a medicine ball that I want, you may consider altering course, or a Train Wreck may be in your future...I may not be the fleetest of foot, but always remember this simple equation from Physics.....F=MA, FORCE = MASS X ACCELERATION...I might have a bit of "M"...

My, my sombody sounds angry this morning. :-) I agree it was a little too crowded. I kept expecting to come up from a squat and get clobbered.
