A few 5:30am-ers toughed out the KB Rd. of 64 (with heavy legs from yesterday).
KB Rd of 64 is modeled off the NCAA bracket concept...4 brackets, reps descend from 64-32-16-8...haha.
Still chances today to get it in....9:30a, 6:30p today. Also, feel free to stop by the gym @7:30p to mingle. So far it's Livewrong & me doing the workout at 6:30p...a Friday night warm-up for Murph.

Toughed it out is not an accurate description...more like struggled through...oi vey...great workout though! Have fun tonight everyone!
I should correct myself...I was the one struggling through...Sam and Anthony made it look like they were taking a walk thru the park :)
That's not really "selling" the workout with all this struggle talk.:)

The workouts at CF are the most humbling around...they slap you right back to reality. You might think you are in "decent" shape, but then you do a workout and you are quickly reminded that achieving physical fitness is an ongoing process... Or, you may look at these workouts in written form and think "how bad can 100, then 75, then 50, then 25 air squats be?", but then when you are doing them, the reality of it all gets slapped right back into you. That's why these workouts are simply the best around...am I gushing yet?

Melissa, you know one of my favorite sayings about CF is, "These workouts will slap the nice right the f@#% out of you." Girl, I've seen you workout, and you bring it everytime!!
JU- as I was writing that yesterday I thought those words rang a bell!!! You are so right !!! Hope u all kicked it with Murph this AM! Me.... I'm headin' to the beach right now ;)
