Is it Sunday?




















Or FUNDAY?! It's highly unlikely that CFers (on the CF Tough Mudder team) need to train muscular/cardio endurance. Tire flippin', burpees, box jumps, sprints, pull ups and the like...all at high HR...are standard every workout. So if we get together for any "training"...let's make it fun...like jumping off a pavilion, scurrying up a mud hill, or hopping a creek! Short, sweet, and fun!

I would love to get up there and run before the race.......and i love the disclaimer. Anyone have any other ideas for another workout???? I know my team is the "competition" but Id love to get out there.

That jump doesn't look as high/big in the pic as it did in person. Good jump on the 2nd round Scott - and your knees and ankles are still intact!

Bob, we talked today about a trek to BC to run around up there. Just need to pick a day.

darn, wish my race was over-would have LOVED to join you on THIS!
I actually ran past Shillington Mem Park yesterday around 9:20a. I didn't see anyone, maybe wrong park or area?
