Step Ups & Lunges!...other than box jumps, burpees, kb swings, pull ups, & squats....they're really all you need!




30/45 (run to end the round)
Ring Row, LadderHop, FrogLegCrunch, Monkey Squat, B&T Jump, Scissor Lunge, JJ, Backward Bear Crawl, Pushup, Sprint/Slide drill
End: Step Ups, Lunges, Core

The Ladder side step with the Box Jump was a PURELY EVIL S.O.B..,.....;).....But I do love pain, is there something wrong with me? Don't answer that.....and why don't we string Monkey Squats, B&T w/ a Broad Jump, and Scissor Lunges together, I thought my Quads were going to SHATTER and fly out of my legs....now that was some real exquisite pain.....who did you train with...Attila the Hun????

LOL I didn't think anyone would notice! My shoes were forgotten and I got crap for backing out last Tuesday, so I tried the barefoot workout. I have to say, it wasn't too bad!
