Cash Out: 10 Bicycle Crunch, 5 Squat Jumps
Pod 3: Box Drill, Hot Seat, Sit Up, Step Overs
Cash Out: 10 Push Ups, 5 Scissor Lunges

I have to echo Matt's thoughts, great classes the last two nights, everyone pulling together and encouraging each other. Lot's of great energy and two awesome workouts....looking forward to a nice rest day today to regroup for the "4-Days of Hell" workouts,(my interpretation only)don't believe that "stuff" about March Madness, although MADNESS probably fits a few of these upcoming workouts...but it might also take a crowbar and a detonator to keep me off the bike on a day like today.....we will see you on the Flip Side........
