Wednesday Form: How long is your femur?

Don't worry so much about looking like your neighbor. Be sure the execution is perfect for your height, length of hinge system, etc.

Good points! This month's Men's Health actually had a good article on how body type (ie height, arm length…etc) can affect form and showed alternate exercises to get the same results without risking injuries! Some where classic Corps Fitness.
