What I want to know is; who was the idiot that came up with last nights workout? WTF? Oh, that was me! Note to self: "You're a mess dude, WTF were you thinking? Especially on your b-day, you trying not to make it to another one? Anaerobic glycolysis causes lactic acid build-up in your brain too!! Oh you didn't know that? Figures!! Knucklehead!!" No wonder I had to take off my shoes and socks to count to twenty this morning...SH!T!! At this point, alcohol poisoning is looking more and more like actual fun!!! ;).....
