I turned and saw Kaag holding the bar at the low crawl station and internally I began to burst with laughter as I thought about showing up next weekend at Kermit's fight on HBO in my fancy dress and high heels with SKINLESS KNEE CAPS AND ELBOWS as simply the most amazing accessory. ;)

It was actually the round before the one pictured here when I was delighting in the PVC beat down of Capt. Awesome. That was when Kaag came over with the bar and Capt. Awesome's quick low crawl turned into slam the face on the grey mat crawl. And yes, it was quite hysterical!
Speaking of skinless knee caps and elbows being the accessory to die for...how 'bout busted blood blisters along you hands from tons of bear crawls...there goes my shot at being a hand model!

Kermit's fight (according to what I could find) is only HBO not PPV. So find a friend or subscribe for one night!!
