I think I remember that Bob guy, it's a little fuzzy though, been a while since I saw him.

Dan O..That was a Lung Buster, not B-Buster...(well maybe ball-buster)....Yikes....I think the Commander had a fever the night before and the workout came to him in a fitfull fever induced state of Euphoric Bliss, it was one of those A-ha moments..."I'll show those fools!".....:)Nice!

Dan, you sure got the 30-20-10 right! I was feeling a litle under the weather so I thought it was just me but I guess it was really as tough as it seemed. Yikes.
