So, not sure exactly of intent, but here's a few cents...the form of the exercise's are not open to interpretations, they are what they are, the applications of said are to improve endurance, agility, speed, core strength, etc. hence form is of the utmost importance, and sacrificing form for speed defeats the purpose...the competition is not in the gym...the competition is the next time you line up at the starting line of your next event and you look to your left and right and see someone who is going to try to kick your ass...this is when the confidence, discipline, endurance and core strength instilled at CF is going to pay dividends...the point is this, I don't give two shits what your perceived excuse is for dilly-dallying around...everyone who walks thru that door is carrying a burden of some sort...so mostly no-one gives a sh!t...get your mind right, focus on what is in front of you and do whatever it is you are doing in the moment to the best of your ability and stop whining, pay attention, and it will pay dividends...I know because I have increasingly become a faster, stronger, more agile mountain biker than I ever could have been without this training, and I may not be able to beat everyone I come up against out on the trail, but I FEAR no one out there, and that makes all the F'in difference!!

Possibly wonder kinda maybe the enemy of Results.

I'm feeling a "Skills Sunday" in our future...we all need to get the kinks out once in a while outside of the phreakfest 30 sec circuit or AMRAP.

Crazy athletic...that's all that is requested. Merely be good at anything and everything (based on Monday's comments, we'll assume this includes "counting").
