Matt D, glad to have you back in the house after a well deserved hiatus for a little R&R...You missed a classic "4-Corners of Hell" workout on Saturday morning, including a 200 meter "Leap Frog." Actually it was "Bad @SS"...No photos to prove it so you'll have to take make word for it.......
