Anti-Inflammatory Diets (from the Zone genre) are based on an interesting foundation. They contend that the contemporary American diet promotes inflammation...and it's that chronic inflammation which is root of many (if not all) of our ill health, physical and psychological.

Matt D. There is a lot of great info in those links, CRP, now there is something I never knew about. I knew that Flaxseed Oil was BadAss, but now I know even more why it is so powerful!! Again too, the articles reflect that same ole message, "Stay away from refined and processed foods, including sugars." Can't say I ever came across a diet that stated YOU SHOULD eat those, there must be something to it, but we must make a choice to abide by the Wisdom! Bring on the Blueberries!
I personally like the old addage "If it wasn't food a hundred years ago, it ain't food now." If we would eat like that, and had to chase the chicken around the yard before we ate it, we'd be much healthier!!

Hurray! Good & Plenties have been around since 1893!
Isaac,

based on our level of activity on the Nolde run, we were producing about 2400 Btu/hr or 700 watts.
