Yes. I use to train with the owner, Bruce Drago, at his old facility about 10 years ago. We did the same style of training that you see in the video. When I see you, I will tell you all about it.
Although the poster paraphrases a quote from one of the most honored and celebrated warriors in America's history, who also happens to be my greatest and most respected "Hero", I will let it slide for the simple fact that, I like it!!!
A friend at work sent me the fundraiser flyer and I thought I'd see if anyone had heard of the program... It's raising $$ for march of dimes, so I thought I'd put it out there. Conflicts with my Saturday morning plans anyhow!

They are located on the second floor above 201 West where Rhythmic Exercises used to be located.
