Thursday Updates

1) Tuesday 5:30PM BW Class: gym opens @ 5:10PM this winter/spring (heads up to you early, early arrivers).

2) BFIT Biggest Loser Info Meeting: Tonight CF, 7pm

3) January 17, Sunday Special, 9AM (possibly "12 days" depending on attendance...post to comments)

How about a modified version of 12 days... with some new exercises subbed for some of the others?

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend, but using Dan suggestion of combining, may I suggest the following...
1. Climb up with the original and climb down with Matt's version.
2. Alternate Old and new on the way up, and on the way down alternate with the opposite exercises (ie. 1 old, 2 new, 3 old.... 3 new, 2 old, 1 new)

Enjoy... wish I could be there.

My foot should be ok by then....only concern is the box jumps (or any other landing/high foot use moves) I will sub w/another move....step ups, air squats, ammo can squats, KB's. But I want to be there!
