I was actually BAFOONING....
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend, but using Dan suggestion of combining, may I suggest the following...
1. Climb up with the original and climb down with Matt's version.
2. Alternate Old and new on the way up, and on the way down alternate with the opposite exercises (ie. 1 old, 2 new, 3 old.... 3 new, 2 old, 1 new)
Enjoy... wish I could be there.
