I didn't think I would "EVA" finish my last round of pullups, "EVA" with the support of so many CFers behind me. Did you guys see the skinless palms on Brian, Mike L, Melissa, Meredith, et al. WhatEVA!!!! GREAT job everyone, and congratulations to those who completed all Hero Workouts this week!
Way to go all CF'ers who muscled through the workouts! You should all be so proud of yourselves! GREAT JOB!

would never let you drop, Dan, or anyone at CF! That's what it's all about! Keeping each other motivated & pushing past expected limits! My hands were NOTHING compared to Jan's though--way to rip 'em up girlfriend!!!!!!!
