FOR THE FALLEN WORKOUT


This workout will be completed in small groups of 4-6 folks. You can show up as a group or come as an individual and join a group that day.

We'd like to know an estimate of how many will be attending, so sign up on the sheets at the gym.

*Tuesday Bodyweight: circuit (w/ Blasters)

BTW, I happened to catch an episode of House last night and Rhabdo made an appearance as a diagnosis on a patient......;)

Yeah, good question, does anyone know what time the For the Fallen Workout is on Nov. 22?? Hmm, let's ask Mike...(it's Halloween all over again).

Is it possible to do the workout by yourself (or with a group)starting a little later? I teach Sunday School that day and would finish up at 10:15, so could be ready to roll at 10:30? The other option (for me) is to go at 6:30-7am... : )

If we can start later (or earlier) is anyone game to do that with me?
